Brian uses his 30 years of experience as a stress management
counselor-consultant and meditation teacher to provide life transition
counseling and coaching to his clients. Brian has a masters degree in
psychology, a masters degree in social work and is a certified life coach. Brian
has trained with Global Learning Partners as a group trainer and facilitator.
His rich, diverse background provides him with a wide range of knowledge and
skills with which to assist his clients. Through awareness techniques, breath exercises and meditation instruction, clients are supported to become more effective at work and in their personal lives. Brian coaches individuals to respond with awareness to interpersonal and system level challenges, to successfully navigate change, overcome behaviors that limit effectiveness and to find meaningful balance and purpose in work and life. Brian has studied with meditation masters, group facilitation consultants, coaching and organization development experts, and others. Brian has nearly died three times and has developed a sense of the preciousness of life. Because of this, he has great compassion for others pain and suffering. In a non-judgmental way Brian leads people through a gentle and peaceful awareness of their path to the integration of mind, body and the witness self. Brian has studied with yoga teachers, psychologists, coaches, body healers and meditation masters to develop an approach that is unique and respectful. He is always mindful of allowing resistance to change as a way toward the discovery of new meaning in a person's life. |
